Returns and Exchanges Policy for Hayza

At Hayza, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Kindly review our policy below:

1. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are kindly requested to inspect their order upon delivery.
You may return the item immediately before the courier leaves, in which case only the shipping fees will be charged.

2. After the Courier Leaves

Once the courier has left, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect.

3. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • Please send a clear photo of the product showing the defect

  • Through our Instagram inbox

  • Within 2 days from the delivery date

Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

4. Bazaar Purchases

For purchases made during bazaar events:

  • Exchanges or returns are only allowed during the bazaar days

  • Requests after the bazaar period will not be accepted
